RMA Request


To return an item, you must first have an RMA number.

With the RMA form, you can register items that you want to return or for which you want to request a repair. For a smooth process, we ask you to fill this out as completely as possible!

After receiving your information, our RMA department will provide an RMA number and return instructions by email.

If you are returning an item to us for repair, it should be reset to factory settings. It is advisable to make a backup of the data and files before resetting it to factory settings. If resetting to factory settings is not possible, the access code must be included with the shipment.
